Wondering how many sessions you might need? During your first visit, I will conduct a thorough evaluation of your situation, taking into account your unique needs and goals. Based on this assessment, I will recommend the most appropriate package tailored specifically for you. Hypnosis has proven to be highly effective for many individuals, with most clients experiencing significant benefits from just 1 to 12 visits.
